This website is the official website of the non-profit organization Yeshivat Acheinu L’Tze’irim – Project Breider, and enables fundraising for the organization. Any use of the website, including making donations, serves as your agreement to the terms of the agreement. Please read the agreement carefully.
1. Although this agreement is written using ‘he’ and other male gender terms, it applies equally to men and women. Likewise, any reference to ‘his’ or ‘donor’ in the singular, applies equally to more than one, including groups of individuals.
2. By means of this secure website, Yeshivat Acheinu L’Tze’irim – Project Breider enables you to donate to the organization easily, quickly and conveniently through your choice of credit card, bank transfer or by phone.
3. Our website is secure for credit card payments according to the PCI DSS standard. At the time the donation is made, the card will be verified with the company, and the donor will receive an immediate response concerning the status of the transaction, and whether it has been approved or rejected. Your contribution will be acknowledged immediately upon completion of the transaction. Payment statement is secured by PCI DSS standard.
4. In keeping with the 1981 Law for Consumer Protection, if the donor wishes to cancel the donation transaction, he is required to contact the organization within 30 days of the date of donation via phone or internet. The organization will cancel the donation transaction in accordance with the policy and laws governing the company which issued the card. Please note: all fees incurred to cancel the transaction will be charged to the donor /cardholder.
5. In the unlikely event that the credit card transaction is not authorized by the company, the donor/cardholder will be notified. Please contact us by phone to complete the transaction.
6. Within 48 hours of receiving a contribution, the organization will mail a receipt to the mailing address on file.
7. The organization is not responsible for any illegal actions on the part of individual(s) using this website or any other causes or factors beyond its full control.
8. Interpretation of this agreement and enforcement thereof as well as any other actions and/or conflicts resulting from the agreement will be in keeping with the laws of the State of Israel. Any conflicts or questions concerning this agreement will be brought before the authorized court in the Tel Aviv district exclusively.
9. Privacy limitation policy: The organization recognizes its obligation to protect the privacy of the donors. The organization will not pass on donor information to any third party.
10. Liability limitation policy: Funds from donations will be transferred to the aid fund in the organization’s bank account.
